A resource Buras IT uses to fulfil specific tasks with client project. The associate will get engaged onto global projects to suit time capacity, location / time zone and skills.
How & when do they get engaged?
Buras IT would agree with the client the scope of the activities as part of its delivery and appoint the appropriate full time or associate resources to provide the service.
